No selling of data. No product newsletter without your agreement (account alerts and the weekly recap are set in My account).

- Tools strictly necessary for operations (email, possibly Discord for site requests)
Processors are bound to confidentiality. Stripe and certain hosts may transfer data outside the EU under their safeguards (standard contractual clauses, etc.).
Your clients’ data
The files, missions, documents and notes you record relate to your activity. You are the controller. Ton Tandem hosts them to provide the service (GDPR processing). You undertake to place there only data you are entitled to process.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability — within legal limits. Write to contact@tontandem.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies
The showcase site aims at minimal use (operation, possibly audience measurement if added later — in that case this page will be updated). The application uses the cookies / local storage necessary for sign-in.
Updates
This policy may be adjusted. The date at the top prevails. A substantial change will be notified to you.
